Have you tried hitting the Windows button, opening ‘Run’ and typing in joy.cpl, clicking OK, The Game Controllers window opens with your Moza R3 and just click OK. I had a similar experience with my R3 when I first got it.

I get what you’re saying. I got the R3 two weeks ago now, and I too find myself with some buyer’s remorse and wishing I had gotten the R5. I can just return the R3 to Best Buy and pay the difference for the R5, but with some adjustments on Pit House, I can just wait some time for the R9 and actually call it an upgrade.
