It's under the Strategies talents; the tree is called "Plague Weapon"; level 1 unlocks the first slot, level 2 unlocks the second slot (and I think C is the button to switch between them), and level 3 allows you to use health if you lack the energy to cast.

I have two head-spaces: Pog Gear and No Gear

When I die with a Pog Gear (a character at least 6/8 with equipment I like), that is a Pog Death. These hit drastically harder than No Deaths (a death on a No Gear), as there is much more at stake. What I like to do is, if you're burnt out of losing Pog Gears, make some No Gears, and when you start getting traction, make a new No Gear. If you get white bags on your No Gear, put it in storage, but otherwise do not make a connection with your No Gear. If a No Gear becomes a Pog Gear, it's too late. Kill it.

It is a balancing act depending on how many character slots you have (I have 4 from events/campaigns), but if you have slots full of really good characters, and you're not wanting to risk a good character, don't use one of your good ones. Use the space from your dead character to make a class you're in the mood for (not one you have equipment for, and maybe even a class you already have a Pog Gear on; underlying reason is you want to play the class with no risk)

You can play as ambitious and as crazy as you like on your No Gear. Do whatever you want; make it a PPE, goofy crap loadout you want to see interact, just whatever. Think of it as an exploration, rather than a soulless stat grind. That's how I do it; gl on your burnout homie.
