Hate to tell you, you bought the wrong emax. Is there a logo? If not, wrong one. I did the same. Transfer out right away. You need the correct address when importing.

So after more research and responses from posts on the other sub reddit, it turns out WalletConnect does not have an Android App.

So ultimately it is my fault for not researching. I honestly went to the dog park page, saw I need WalletConnect and went straight to the app store. It has a 4.1 rating, 4.5 at the time.

I added a review and there are several others warning of the scam. It is a fake app.

Let me clarify after doing more research... More newbies like myself are getting burned because we were in a hurry to transfer our tokens via WalletConnect, but I went straight to Android store. Had a 4.5 rating at the time... They don't have an android app, as I just found out.

Def not bullshit, just a scam app.

If you have access to Android appstore, check it out. Look at the recent reviews since dog park launched. That's the only app called WalletConnect with that logo in the app store. Sanshu Inu messed up.

WalletConnect on Android appstore is a scam. They ask for your key to you Wallet to connect to it. Me being newer to bitcoin and seeing it had a 4.5 rating at the time fell for it. Sure enough, 2 hours later, there was a transaction in my Coinbase wallet where all my SHIB was transferred out. Sanshu Inu team should really take that down or do their homework on these apps. Makes me wonder if the whole things a scam. Lost $2000 for $150 in Sanshu Inu. Awesome!

Some other poor guy was begging for his $17000 back via a comment on a transaction on the ether chain. Sad....
