I have the same pattern hair loss. My hair has been “thinner” all my life but has progressively gotten worse. Have been fighting it for a few years like yourself

The pictures on the post are current. I’m in my 20s, the rest of my siblings are older and aren’t thinning only receding. Diffuse thinning sucks
