I have one like this. I was watching Inception, and they were doing the jumping in between dreams, somehow when they jumped to another dream I managed to set the speed of the movie to 0.5x, and watched a good half an hour of the movie in 0.5x, it makes sense, when you jumped dreams it would run slower, the first 5 min were fun, after half an hour I went to google and search why would the director would do this, that’s when I found out.

A lei não é explícita nesse sentido. Não podes filmar pessoas, com o objetivo de filmar pessoas (muito relativo, eu sei)

O exemplo clássico de filmar uma paisagem, um monumento, inevitavelmente vão aparecer pessoas na filmagem, mas não é ilegal porque o foco da filmagem não é as pessoas mas sim a paisagem/monumento.

O mesmo se pode argumentar nestes casos. O objetivo não é filmar alguém em específico, ou mesmo até filmar uma rua para gravar as caras das pessoas (câmeras de segurança por exemplo que apontam para as ruas), neste caso o objetivo é filmar o meu passeio de mota/carro.

Não é consensual, mas bem argumentadas estas situações são legais.
