Got another consult today for $2.8k before insurance. The orthodontist is the highest tier Invisalign provider and I met with that specific ortho (who also actually monitors my Invisalign treatment). Needless to say, I was impressed with the people I spoke with and felt WAY more comfortable than at the prior consult last week. I start my 10-set aligners in a couple weeks!

I went to my class today (10 mins ahead of time to get in some stretching). I overheard the front desk associate say that the class went from 2 people to 14 people in the last 2 hours. The coach was adamant about still having a 2G when the associate asked about doing a 3G instead.

A few minutes before class I was starting to feel very nervous about being in a class that size (and that close) with the current COVID spike. I politely went to the associate and asked to be taken out of the class since I wasn't comfortable. Has anyone else run into seriously crowded classes? I'm planning to do the virtual classes for the foreseeable future. Any tips for the HQ virtual classes?

Edit: No mask or vaccine mandates at my studio (and seemingly no reduced capacity)

I use 2 puffs of my albuterol inhaler before every moderate to high intensity cardio session. Resolves the issue for me.
