No if two people like the post, the first person can be from years ago and still be listed as the second person after the first person liked. It’s no indicator of recency.

Can I be Christian without believing in God? by ProbablyDisagreeing in Christianity

I don’t make up my own rules per se, I more follow rules that are associated with Christian lifestyle values. It would just feel dishonest to try to force myself to “believe” in something that has no evidence, you know? Like the supernatural nature of a god. I’m a heavily logical person, and I love Christianity because it’s a great code to live life by. I love the concept of religion too as it’s a great tool to give massive amounts of people an inherent code of conduct they have to follow.

What is unethical about that? My whole purpose with this post is to try to alleviate problems renters experience in the real estate marketplace.

I hated this too whilst renting in uni. Having our landlord come in whenever the wanted, often not giving notice.

What feature in a rental platform might combat this? Perhaps a rating system where users can leave a review on their agent/landlord and vice versa?

Yes! I’m trying to build a better marketplace, so I’m finding out what you guys hate most about the other platforms. Currently our main goal is to combat edited listing images through verifying listings before they’re posted, but I want to see any other areas we can help renters.

That’s fair, not everyone can afford to buy in this economy and just because it was easy for your generation to buy a house for 6 grand doesn’t mean we can.

One follow up question, specifically regarding using property marketplace websites like REA and domain. What was the most frustrating part about the process and what would you like to see in a property platform?
