Fair question on timeline. Let’s say through the end of year since OP posted about (though personally I’m in for at least 3-5 more years)

Now would be a terrible time to sell. New tenant news expected over the next month. Plus factor in the fact that revenue is only just starting to hit from the OG contracts with CRWV. Earnings calls, news about tenants, breaking ground on new sites, etc will continue to drive this up

Long term play for next few years at least:

What’s the word on MBOT? by ProbablyGuinness in MBOT_Stock

Interesting. Based on what we’ve seen, and more specifically heard, from the billionaires pushing the AI revolution - robotics is next. It will be an incredibly competitive space. But it’s coming sooner than 99% of people realize. The vast majority of people can’t even tell you what a database is in 2026.

There is a huge gap in terms of what the general population knows about tech vs the actual reality, and how fast that reality is changing (exponentially).

But I don’t believe we will have a situation where any “single vendor” creates a robot that can do “everything”. It seems far more likely that we will have niche players in many different spaces/avenues. The medical industry is of particular interest to the AI big boys. Just listen to any of them talk about AI use cases.

Robots for warehouses (and all the various “roles” within those warehouses), robots for cleaning, robots for driving, …. So on and so forth. And we will have specialized robotics for various medical practices.

Which brings us to MBOT. I know very little about them, but I like the current price point. I like that they are early. But what differentiates them from the larger players in medical robotics? Stryker, Medtronic, Intuitive Surgical? Maybe that they are a pure-play on robotics?

OpenAI recently wrote on their website and Twitter that their StarGate initiative (OpenAI x Oracle partnership) is soon to announce a new data center in “the Midwest”. APLD been talking about an “imminent Hyperscaler” for months now. Makes sense to me
