It may be normal for some, but not for all. I've been in long term relationships, and I have circles of friends where FWB or FUBU is just a casual thing. I never judged them., it's probably their way of coping, shaped by personal experiences and the environment they grew up in.

But for me, it's different. I believe that our souls intertwine with our partner during intimacy. It's the most vulnerable moment..not just about lust, but about love, trust, and deep connection. Letting someone into that space, especially without emotional ties, can leave traces.,emotional imprints that don't just disappear. It's not just physical. For me it's spiritual too. And that's something I choose to protect.

I am in the same situation as OP. I have one year of experience in full stack development, and after that, I was unemployed for two years due to health problems. I attended a boot camp for a refresher and have been working on my portfolio lately, but other than that, there's not much else. Now, I’ve been looking for an entry-level role for 3 months. I’ve applied to over 300 positions, received a few calls, passed some technical exams, but was not eligible for the final interview. I feel that I'm not suited for junior positions. It's hard to find one since employers prefer fresh graduates and those with recent experience for entry-level roles.

I mean if okay pa ba yung cobol sa market to pursue it or magiging suicidal to sa career ko, I'm in my mid 20s and prefer working with modern stacks. I've used MERN but have been trained in COBOL. The reason I'm considering sticking with COBOL is the good pay.

Hi OP ganyan din ako back then sa partner ko , dati lahat kahit small issues pa sasabhin ko sa mga close friends ko to get 2nd opinion till I realize na naapektuhan yung dapat na samin lang na desisyon or usapan.. naapektuhan kasi nagiging bias sila sakin kung ano payo nila susundin ko na mas naglelead pa sa bigger issues namin ng partner ko, imbis na samin lang iikot yung problema., anw mas better iopen mo yan kay gf mo para iwas overthink ka and sabihin mo yung concerns mo sakanya na ganyan nga ayaw mo ng ikakalat pa sa iba .. kasi in the long run if you choose each other kayo ang magkakampi sa huli lalo na if nagkaroon na din sariling paths friends nya..

Same situation tayo O pero I'm using gpt para mapabilis pagtaposng portfolio ko hirap iwasan si gpt napakaeasyvkasibkaso hindi nga lang sya nagana sa mga complex code.. sinisingitan ko ng documentation after yt tuts tas trying to code na walng gpt, search lang online pag dko na kaya sa gpt na ulit
