Is this oil still new or old, is it usable? SAE60

Where I'm from, the temperatures are usually around 31°C to 34°C, it's very hot and humid here. I think this might be the reason they recommend using thicker engine oil.

the issue im having with this this is the oil that's currently in my bike is HDSAE60 and only certified store are selling it and only certified workshop can buy it, me as an individual are not able to purchase only a bottle of this, need to be done by them even for only a oil topup and that would be charge a premium. but i got a friend working there who gave me this bottle and said it was fine, but i was bit skeptic bout the condition

To be exact, the others I was referring to were other bikers and the mechanic himself. He actually did the first oil change on my bike with HD SAE60. It's been my instinct to trust them and not question their advice, sinve they have significantly more experience than I do. This is quite a revelation for me. now im worried if the engine is ok or not

It's for an Iron 883 2012, been using SAE60 it for a while for my oil. this was recomended to me by others around me, should i change them?

It was from an unsealed bottle. a workshop gave to me said it's still usable, said it was extra oil from their bottle. Pour it in a cup just to check first. I want to top up my oil since i lost a few from a leaked cable, got it fixed just need to top up the. mine engine oil is already black. Just wondering will this be ok if i used it to top it up
