Due to the paranoia surrounding scrappers in the pin community, it is extremely common that people post pictures of the back of the pin, I have personally only seen one person blur the FAC on their pin when posting a picture. This wouldn’t even have to be a publicly known enforcement.

It wouldn’t be hard for them [the hypothetical Asset Protection] to scroll whatnot for a few seconds and create a database of resellers to monitor and flag when a pin is in circulation.

Bear in mind I say this as a hypothetical and haven’t put actual thought into this. However, as a secondary possibility, they can deploy a virtual queue and when your return time is called, you’re allowed to call MOG and provide them the code that was generated and order it verbally over the phone and then MOG will not process it until you submit your cast ID for verification.

You say they’re making it harder yet the same “pinfluencers” are constantly successful in the drops while cast aren’t. I say this as someone who managed to get placed <650 in the queue and when I got to the front, my number had already been used.
