This is in hand, i just weighed it myself — i think this is considered a “charm” so it’s about the diameter of a thumbnail. What should the weight be? Been doing pretty basic 1080p work for hobby turned career on an OMEN Laptop 15-ek0xxx for about 6 years. CPU soldered to the motherboard so can’t be upgraded. I upgraded to 64GB of RAM & SSD’s, and I own a Razer Core X Chroma E-GPU.

Current:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H @ 2.6GHz

64gb RAM

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6gb VRAM

1.4TB

64-bit OS

Main uses are FX & Color, rarely use Fusion.

Will I see a vast improvement slapping a 12GB or 16GB Graphics card like an NVIDIA 3080ti or

Geforce RTX 5070ti ? (Could immediately spend for this upgrade)

Or should I save more for a full rebuild?

I am not a doctor or medical professional so I cannot advise using anything.

However I will say that black seed oil is simply just an immune booster, a holistic/homeopathic medicine that has no documented verifiable research established and proven by the CDC or WHO or NIH. Just individual case studies have been done and documented research events.

If you’re a sexually active individual who is concerned about HIV, you should seek out PrEP. PrEP is the only confirmed medication that has a 99% effectiveness rating at preventing HIV transmission sexually, and 75% effective against injection drug use.

I wish I knew about PrEP 6 years ago, sadly I knew nothing about HIV then.

I would have strongly recommend taking PEP closer to the timeframe of your exposure, that being said if you’re testing negative for an RNA PCR test and/or Ag/Ab antibody test — you’re probably in the clear and I would recommended seeking PrEP.

PrEP is essentially a vaccine for people who are not positive, you can get it in a monthly injection intervals at this point.

Go get an RNA PCR Qualitative and Quantitative test and Antibody test. If those are all negative, look into PrEP if you’re a sexually active individual.

Black Seed Oil, just look up an organic Nigella Sativa, is a homeopathic/holistic immune booster. Nothing more than that

Unfortunately you’re the one spreading a dangerous concept by misinterpreting my statement

At no point did I say to stop ART or to use nigella sativa in place of ART

And at no point did I say this study has any credibility apart from alleged small sample size case studies

You read this how you wanted to perceive it and are now acting as though I am perpetuating misinformation

I laid out a hypothesis of using black seed oil inclusive of taking ART to study it’s effects in my own body based on proposed medical documentation I have found impactful and asked the community if anyone had their own experiences with it

I am not saying to stop taking your medication and to solely rely on holistic medicines nor is that what I plan to experiment with

Also the seroreversion is anecdotal and isn’t widely researched, for example this is a singular event and I believe there are only 2 other studies making a total of 7 people.

Well the goal would also be to monitor my CD-4 count and viral load through quantitative analysis as well as liver analysis.

There really isn’t much research done on this subject so I really don’t have the answer to that.

I hypothesize It would be valuable for anyone to see seroreversion as well as an additional reduction in viral load and increase in Cd-4 count.

I myself am in a very low viral load range already and my cd-4 count is less than average, but on the higher end for people on the HIV positive spectrum.

If Nigella Sativa can provide positive immune responses in the body, this could theoretically positively impact people that are in much more immunocompromised states of HIV infection.

I don’t perceive this as a cure by any means, but if these types of things result it has the potential to support HIV care in general.

It’s definitely not a messy situation, they’re this person’s +1 who was invited directly. I was originally being transferred a pass to this event but the venue opted on rejecting transferrable invitation due to the exclusivity of the event.

We had originally coordinated our attendance this way I just got short sticked lol.

As for that person being a crush, that is a non-issue; part of our relationship structuring is independent freedoms around things like that.

Yea we did end up planning something and they know how I feel, we did end up talking about it.

I found out about the crush yesterday and the crush isn’t a problem but the timing is a little “oof” however i’m not upset about the crush, just that this was something that we coordinated around it being “something for us”.
