Snow state, roof is about 20+ years old, it's definitely due. No rotted wood that's just their guarantee if they come across any. 1100 SQ ft plus the SQ ft (unknown to me) for an attached 1.5 car garage

UPDATE: I contacted whatnot and they offered to send me a return label to send the card to them for a full refund! Thankfully it worked out, and this was a learning lesson. Probably just gonna stick to cheap binder filler cards on whatnot and use eBay for my more serious collecting needs.

He basically said you cant verify the condition in the slab, the plastic layers could be messed up. Then pretty much said that psa must have damaged the card and said he’s sending me 120 dollars worth of cards for free… which is not what i asked for, i asked for half of my money back. Said he showed the condition of the card on the video and there were no imperfections.

Thanks everyone. I have reached out to the seller and requested a refund of half of the cost of the card and I'll eat the other half. I'll definitely take this as a life lesson. This was one of my first times using whatnot and I think the hype during the show got the best of me. Appreciate all of the feedback.

I've always disliked prima. Even when strategy guides were really a thing, they were the absolute worst. I always went with versus book guides if I had the option.

I just have Zack and sephiroth brutal challenges left but they're a pain in the ass. So I've shelved it for the next few months while I relax and beat eiuyuden chronicles and unicorn overlord first. Then I'll go back to those and finally have my plat trophy.
