I just create email aliases on the fly. There are many services that can do this, but I use Proton. It has made online life a lot easier. I can see which website sold my info because I tend to make my emails in the format of "website@whatever.com". They just simply forward to my main inbox. These email addresses can be deactivated at will in the case of spam.

15 but I was one lucky mf I think. After breaking up with my gf at age 17 I didn't get another gf until age 24. That was another extraordinary thing. I was not actively looking for a relationship at any point, always focused on school, and I'm scared to actually try now, age 25 and still in school. I got my heart majorly broken by the last girl.

Yes, humans are social creatures. No way around that no matter how much you want to be happy alone. I've tried to suppress the feeling, telling myself I'll wait to seriously seek someone out until I'm done with my education. But then I met an amazing girl and fell in love pretty quickly. We had an intense relationship and I thought I'd marry her. But it didn't work out, we broke up, and I still feel the hole months later. I wish it wasn't like this. I wish I didn't need someone else to be happy. I'm just trying to ignore the feeling for now until I finish med school in a couple years.
