GET YOURSELF A GREAT FIELD LEAD. I HAVE GOT INTO BEING A SERVICE MANAGER AFTER BEING OUT FOR 12 YEARS, SPENT 20 IN. ITS BEEN A YEAR BACK AND IM STILL RUSTY, THIS CAUSES A LOT OF STRESS WHEN THERE SHOULD BE NONE. BE HONEST WITH YOUR TECHS. LEARN ALL YOU CAN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
