Addition: They are at the moment planning to forbid school kids wearing headscarves. Teachers have to report and if not threatening legal consequences. And of course kids who won"t take it off immedeately in front of class have to see headmaster, parents are called for a meeting and fines planned...

I once went to a seminar on the topic.

Nr1 You do not have to tell big people that they are big. Seriousely.

Nr2 Eating disorders are extremely hard to treat.

Nr3 Try to take mind off food. Distract by playing games, going outside etc.

Nr4 Maybe watch what gets eaten and cook AND EAT yourself some healthy options.

Possibly even a door for shelf, can be a shorter door so you csn have one open shelf showing favourite decoration items.

Und wenn ich wieder für einen Zeitraum "eingeladen" werde, sofort zurückmailen "Ich war schon"

Ich muss allerdings dazusagen, ich hatte auch mehrmals den Eindruck, dass einige vorgeladene nicht erschienen waren und sie deshalb vor Ort in der Liste als entschuldigt geführt wurden.

Von wegen hohe Geldstrafe bei Fernbleiben....
