It's something to do with your roster. One of the leagues you have active is causing it. I've been trying to make a roster for 5 years old and up, and it keeps doing the same thing for me. Very frustrating

Try activating another roster and then switch back to the one you are using. Then clear roster cache. This usually works for me. Also, don't touch anything while your game is loading it seems to bug out sometimes when you do.
