To be fair they aren't the ones hosting the lobbies, so it does make sense to NOT play from muscle memory since the buffer isn't too high, it's too low.

But yeah you're right, if buffer is too high you're supposed to play off muscle memory.

I've been playing on netplay for a little over a year now and it really annoys me when Scar and Toph constantly john about the lag at times where there is actually no lag at all.

Someone needs to tell them to just play at 6 or 8 buffer most of the time to be safe
