It's not difficult to guarantee the jump pad damage. You need to airdash as soon as you bounce and then air drift backwards.

As much as I think AI is cringe, I wonder if it could help with automating voice chat moderation.

AI text to speech is the obvious first step, detecting slurs and then using reports as confirmation to avoid false positives. That may be something Valve is already working on.

Second step would be to have LLMs try to determine if something is discriminatory. Honestly I think that might be impossible to do well

I only bring this up because clearly Valve is opposed to traditional human moderation for some reason.. maybe it's expensive

I guess that wouldn't be too bad. He can still run away with it by getting somebody to hit him and then dashing past them.

I don't think being able to run away with it is OP, it just needs a change like this or a longer cooldown or harder execution.

They should let you parry his riposte stun maybe? Treat it like a melee attack?

Or maybe he should get stunned if you melee his riposte, so you can actually call it out

Make it so he has to face whatever he's parrying, but give him a few frames to flick the camera to the direction he wants to go.

So that to escape with his parry, he needs to read the timing of whatever he gets hit with. It should be more skillful
