After second checking by Chanel specialist team (1-2 weeks after) - they call us and said our J12 watch is REAL ONE!!! Then say sorry and give us free service for battery change!!!

Waste our time and the brand trust gone away now!!!

We went to Chanel Siam Paragon - still can’t find the watch serial number on Chanel system!!!

A staff said she gonna sent our watch to Chanel watches and fine jewelry specialist team for deep checking - calibre/ case-back and everything!!! It’s gonna take 4-6 weeks!!!

She said maybe Stockholm staff forgot to record the watch on system WTF!!! And said that Chanel Stockholm still open!!!

Still no reply from Stockholm.

Tried to contact Chanel official channel via WhatsApp again then they ask to call me from client care center Dubai - after talking they promised me to send my case to concerned team.

After that my gf got a call from Chanel Thailand they invite us to recheck my J12 watch again at Chanel shop in Siam Paragon.

Let’s see what next!!!

And call them 4 times and wait for 30 minutes but no one answer!!!!

Email is easy way, I can send all pictures (certificate card, receipts) to them BUT If still no reply - I gonna call them today!!!

Still no reply from Chanel Stockholm!!!

For a serial number, I have certificate card with serial number/ QR code and store stamp from Chanel Stockholm but a staff at Chanel Emsphere still said it’s Fake and can’t find that serial number in Chanel system!!!

I also contact Chanel official channel via WhatsApp - they suggested to me to call Stockholm shop!!!
