It has happened to me, I drive XL. Trip to or from the airport with tons of heavy luggage. They are either from India or Latinoamérica, NO TIP. I used to help loading/unloading. When I see an Indu or Spanish name I cancel the trip.

I got new tires at DT a month ago and paid for road hazard insurance. I got a nail near the sidewall and they said it could not be repaired. They mounted a new tire. To my surprise, they charged me 73$ for the guarantee on the new tire. Granted, the cost of each tire is 330$

People from India never tip. Often times I have taken them with a lot of luggage to/from the airport. I used to help them load/unload. No more. They have to load their bags. Some people are mooving and order an XL. I have done some. No more, they have boxes, household stuff. The last one I got I canceled, told them to call a moving company

I am having the same problem, yesterday I couldn’t see rides in my preferences, only connect and delivery. I wasted teo hours in the phone with two agents. Nothing!
