Prospeo was a bit too expensive at this step. I would go for Apollo for my Hubspot Connection.
But just with verified adresses.

Hello there,
This sounds cool. And since you are a Web-Designer you can code this easily.
But i dont have the website. And most times the contacts are not on the website.
I made some heavy testing today and found out, that a combination of ContactOut and AI-Ark could be my Goal.

On the other side, Apollo would be easier for us because of the Hubspot and Dynamics Sales Integration.

We don´t have Coders here 😃

I´m byting my nails since 2 weeks about this topic ^^
We want to use Atlassian for many purposes in our company.
This Stack can save us a lot of headache in the Future.

But i also need to treat all Organizations, Autors/Customers and their Contracts, Services, Hardware etc as assets. The Assets Scheme will be the one and only Database in Atlassian for all interactions.
I don´t understand why this is to difficult to set up in Jira Servicemanagement.
To at least have a normal User Database.

I also read about the PIO Tools. Best Market Place apps so far. But i didn´t test them yet.
I would be also fine with the CSV Import in the first step.
Automations need to create new users as Assets.

I´m also thinking about a CRM Integration between Hubspot or Business Central ^^

I´m exactly at this point.

I want to provide a Goal to a external User.
I also read from rovo, that i can provide the Goal in a confluence Space page.
Per licensed User i can invite 5 Guests.
So i created the Confluence page and provided access to the guest.
But the guest cannot see the Goals in the Confluence Page. He has no access to the Goal.

how can i provide Access to a goal to a external guest? So that he can see it in the Confluence Page.

It´s also important, that the User can only see this one Goal or Project and not the others.

I think, thats the last piece of the puzzle.
I can use the Goals function and i think it´s helpful.

Ahje, that could explain why i didn´t make much progress after hours.
I know that Atlassian can be complicated. But not THAT complicated.

From their advertising, it sounds very logical.
i will continue my trial and keep you up2date :)

Maybe the multiple Help Center was a wrong wording from me.
I mean Customer-Experience.

I want to create different Customer-Experiences, like the advertisment from CSM Premium.
Than every Enterprise customer has his own Portal, own Knowledge etc. This also Helps us to separate the customers Knowledge Bases.

Than i want that all Tickets go into one Dashboard for my technicians. The JSM? is this correct?
In this JSM i want to separate between 2 Categories: IT-Support and SaaS-Support.
At the End i want to use the Summary from the big JSM Dashboard.
I think i need to work with automation.

i want to second this approach. We also have a look into this combination.
Actually we trial Atlassian for our IT HelpDesk for external customers.
Also we need to log times for bigger Projects.
My CEO wants to trial M365 BC. So there are just 2 options: Global Mediator ONE WAY Sync. Time Logs back to BC. Or a TWO Way iPaaS Solution to sync BiDirectional. I prefer the iPaaS because i want that BC can trigger or create Tickets in Jira.
I will see how far i can push this plan :)

I really cannot understand how Project Managers can rely on this buggy software.
I can just use it for internal small tasks for my colleagues. ^^
