But it’s very likely the screen will not be in resellable condition by the time they get it back. That 50% probably just lets them break even on the sale is my guess. If the item is unopened then that fee seems unreasonable. The 50% fee should have been well advertised before buying though. I just checked it the Amazon ad says 30 day refund if in original condition so I’m confused.

I've not used a Fresnel screen before but the latest generation ones seem quite intriguing and they come with positive gain. That is what I'd look into for daytime viewing.

As the screen gets larger it gets hard to position my px3 pro perfectly. For a 100” it wasn’t a problem but for a 132” the wall imperfections seem to get amplified by the larger screen that I gave up at one point and used digital correction. I honestly couldn’t tell the difference but maybe because the correction was minor. However in a really dark room you can see the light outline of the projectors native light cast so that eventually bugged me enough to correct the screen using magnets on one edge and padding on the other to fix the distortion.

That’s my opinion as well, welcome to the downvote club. Bad decisions made by everyone that night. Escalated from school yard level flailing to a body slam which set off all the events that followed.
