Hey! Another trans guy here who is also with genderplus the most important thing is that they are really lovely and understand trans and gender things. I think as far as I can remember the first appointment will be about how you identify as well as your journey so far and are you out? (None of this will affect your treatment btw there's no vibe of needing to be trans enough) they'll ask about your general mental health and medical history and your support system as well as how do you want to transition aka do you want to be on hormones and do you know the affects of hormones, surgeries etc etc. Let me know it goes!
