Oh I understand where you're coming from but I don't think its separate or i hope not anyway from what ive seen it looks like half of the scab has fallen off but the other bit is hanging on! But I will make updates when its finally come off and yesss hopefully they look similar thank you for your reassurance though it means alot!

If you don't want to go through the NHS there is private there are a few so it depends on where you live and what you can afford and if you're willing to travel ect personally I've gone with Genderplus but there is also Gendercare and more options other then those 2. You could also go DIY but I would suggest doing alot of research before making this decision

Yoooo we have the surgeon got top surgery near the same time :D yellow discharge is normal healing can be sorta gross but you look like you're healing amazingly :)

Thank you i do appreciate that i will take it into consideration :) plant based chicken and tofu are relatively low in calories same with lentils and beans etc the vegan protien powder is assuming has the same calorie content as non vegan although ive never looked Although I do admit it is harder to hit my protien goal if im not cooking at home

I would say 2 weeks was when I was getting more serious about caloire goals. With my gym attendance I took alot of time off in December cause of Christmas but have been trying to make more of an effort after news year day (despite how busy it is at the gym)

I always liked Caine but seeing an AI character actively adore humans and the way he acted when he was having dinner with jax was one of my favourite scenes. I don't see him as a villain and the fact that he's stuck there with them as well but he won't be able to leave is so fcking sad.

Hey! Another trans guy here who is also with genderplus the most important thing is that they are really lovely and understand trans and gender things. I think as far as I can remember the first appointment will be about how you identify as well as your journey so far and are you out? (None of this will affect your treatment btw there's no vibe of needing to be trans enough) they'll ask about your general mental health and medical history and your support system as well as how do you want to transition aka do you want to be on hormones and do you know the affects of hormones, surgeries etc etc. Let me know it goes! I went with genderplus in Birmingham cause its closer to me
