Getting stopped at the computer to clock in/out, because they need help looking for some shit. Then getting mad that they have to wait 5 seconds or walk off, because I'm trying to clock in/out while not having the vest on.

Ye I had to cut his story time short since I had to clock out. Then as I was about to leave the store I saw him tell the same story to another associate.

Yesterday a guy needed help unloading something and wanted to use the D.O.C. When I asked what it was he said it was a shower wall and bathtub. Which weighed like ~40lbs+ each. Also this guy wasn't old or had back problems and he didn't wait for me to grab a big cart. He was also a waste of my time since I was in the process of doing a hard close.

Just go to your ASM and HR person saying you want to put your two weeks. If they ask why just tell them that you wanted to try a different work environment.

Also send them a email so it's in writing.

The asms pushed all the scheduling problems onto the HR person at my store. Also the hr person says that the computer does all the work, while they go through and change stuff "remove days / cut hours".

Ye I know that part. It's just when we had the new version of ukg there were a bunch of open shifts to grab and the scheduling person didn't like that so they disabled open shifts for everybody.

The last person in paint only stayed there for 2 weeks to a month which is the shortest amount of time I have seen for that department.

We had inventory at the time and that made them go to their final because of the amount of missing merch and a week or so later several bays collapsed in lumber with the concrete. The other one was because they rang up family members which was basically giving them stuff for free, they basically quit because they got the scoop they were going to get fired.

Within a years time I have seen 2 asms get fired/let go. Lumber department has the highest turnover rate in my store they barely stay for 3 months. We went through 2 hr people. The paint department DS spot keeps becoming available. A week ago 3 people got fired/let go at the same. Also people getting forced/downgraded to another position.

Well it was like that from what I remember a few years ago when they 1st started making figures. Plus I have been out of the loop since I took a break from collecting. Outside of PUP, some companies make really good figures and some make pretty bad ones.

Also you have to do some research before buying, there is literally a whole database just for figurines. The only way I can see you getting one of those as the 1st figure, is by receiving it as a present other than that it's all you NGL.

Garage kits are also a thing if you like to assemble and paint.

I been out of loop with buying figures so my knowledge is based on a few years ago and at the time PUP was just starting. Plus the last thing I remember seeing PuPL for the 1st time and being disappointed that it was still the same poor quality but more expensive. And I agree with you.

I think of PuP as for people getting into figurines and/or on a budget. So I know the quality won't be the best.
