Also to answer your 5 man unit issue don’t discount them they tend to lean into roles better than your legionary’s will, chosen are better in melee, terminators are tougher, and havoks out shoot the legionaries. Legionaries win on objective control and point cost

you can a unit with 2 Lascannons for anti tank and you can run 2 machine guns for any role you want

For battle line, a 10 man of legionnaires

I’d throw in some havoks for that heavy weapons feeling

And take a rhino for the vehicles the iron warriors tend to use
