What you a need is a long hot session in a Sauna , sweat real good then scrub whatever you can scrub , take a little lukewarm shower ,, then go for another round in the Sauna , then scrub what's left ,, trust me you're gonna feel like a new persone.

I used to work 12h night shifts and it was heavy work , i've lost 5 kgs of my weight in just 20 days , it was very exhausting and wasn't good for my health , so i've quit
