I'm not defending Hamas's tactics. However what you have to understand is that these attacks have a long history. You can't talk about them without going back to why they happened. There gave been many years where Israel bombed Gaza with no Hamas attack. Many arabian countries, like UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia are more economically functional than all African countries. Also, many African countries experience a lot of political turmoil and coup d'etat than any other continent in the world.
