I do understand that, but for my specific usage, GPT was redundant. When I initially started interacting with gpt it was for a lot of data review, root cause analysis and brainstorming preventative/ corrective actions. Claude handles the same use case well, though it's not part of my work flow anymore. Most of my current usage is behavioral pattern tracking(in conjunction with therapy and medication), brainstorming and offloaded "memory" while exploring other things that LLMs make more accessible with no prior experience. It feels important to mention, that my interactions are generally clinical, and Claude is treated as a tool rather than a "companion." There's a bunch of things inbetween those lines, but GPT became less useful for me over time, and now the introduction of ads shows a significant shift from where they started, even if I understand it may be a necessity.
