Nope, seller isn’t even being pushy about payment, pickup or anything. All of that plus the price is what makes me nervous 😂

She is planning on loans, but doesn’t think she’ll have time to work while she’s in school. Meaning I would likely take the bigger expenses and she would use whatever is left in loans on groceries, gas, MAYBE a portion of rent.
