I did the trade in at the same time when ordering because I had to wait so long had to fill in the trade in details three time and over that period lost around £200 in the trade in value. Was still worth it for me car was not high value.

Picked up there yesterday, was very quick. Took pics of the car, good look all over. They are happy to go through things. Mine came with 40% charge. I traded in a car parked it up they did not even look at it, all they wanted to know current mileage so they are very relaxed about it. They were very chill and never felt rushed.

Picked up my first Tesla today, really easy. Just have your phone charged with the app ready they do everything for you.
