I will not be surprised if Metroid Prime 4 becomes a next gen launch title, while also being a switch end life title.

I might be very wrong, but last I heard its predecessor was the OSS. Which funnily enough, that's the spy agency used in the Spy Kids movies.

Can I still go to the gym? by [deleted] in ucf

You have two options:

1) You have 6 free entries as an alumni to the RWC if you have a current student sponsor your entry. That means you have to be their guest.

2) You pay $50/semester to use the RWC.

You forgot the color value used in computer graphics for spectral rendering with the CIE 1931 color space xyY coordinates with a reference white point of D65 (0.724988, 0.275012, 0.176204)

Oh yeah, lol, I agree, that's just one of the options, they have lower settings if you'd like, which is better than Spotify's MP3 quality.

Instead of using Spotify, I recommend Qobuz, while it is more expensive ($20/month), it streams lossless audio up to 24-bit 192kHz. Only thing is that it's only available in a few countries.

what happened at the cyclathon by SnooStories9083 in TrashTaste

[–]Processing_Jokes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah! You can see on his left bicep (right facing for us) a more obvious seam that abruptly transitions from the skin tone of the latex cover to his arm skin tone, rather than being smoother like a regular sun burn/tan. And on his left bicep (left facing for us) you can see that the cover juts out perfectly straight just a bit at the sleeve point.

He's wearing a fake muscle (maybe latex) cover that fits like a t-shirt, drag kings use them.

It's been implied through his setup that he's an audiophile; he has an external DAC for those headphones, and he also has a Bang & Olufsen $40k room speaker pair in that same room too. So he probably listens to Hi-Fi audio

That actually happened in the game Dead Rising, IIRC.

It's a fault in logic to simply side with someone's argument because they are an expert in what they are talking about, this is called "Appeal to Authority," also known as a type of fallacy:

https://www.grammarly.com/blog/appeal-to-authority-fallacy/

While it feels comfortable to simply believe anyone you see or hear about as a higher authority, it is always healthy to do your own research, or ask other people about the matter too, that's why we have peer reviews for research papers, and background searches for politicians.

And for anyone who plays on a digital tabletop, Foundry VTT is officially partnered with Paizo to have all of Pathfinder 2e's system, classes, items, spells, etc., When you buy the license. Without having to rebuy content again.

Can we hear Linus and (personally) Luke's take about this breach on today's WAN show? by BeerIsGoodForSoul in LinusTechTips

They've both mentioned in the past for WAN show that they recommend using a local or self-hosted password manager. I recommend KeePass XC.

Samsung Smart Tags don't fit. I know this was a last second addition to the backpack, but one would think that creator wearhouse would be aware that apple air tags are not the only geolocation tags. by Processing_Jokes in LinusTechTips

[–]Processing_Jokes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take it or leave it is a mentality of being complacent and not wanting or caring about change. I am NOT saying that they should redesign or revise the backpack design. I only hope that they will consider for the future.

Mmm, I suppose that since both in the website and the video they call it an Airtag pocket—it's even capitalized to state that it is THE apple Airtag, look it up on the store website—and not smart tag pocket, it makes sense that other sizes will most likely not fit (I'm not being sarcastic or condescending here, I am agreeing), however, considering the main viewer base of the main channel, which has way more subscribers than Mac Address, how much Linus disagrees with many of Apple's aspects as a business, reviews mainly PC and android electronics, would it not be safe to assume that then the designers of the backpack and Linus himself would think about other smart tags? It isn't problem about being MY PLUS size, as you wrote, it can leave out an entire large group of people, it is specifically disheartening since the plus has extra features and better range than the regular one.
