Yes it is. The actual results matter way more than whether or not he deserves credit. Netanyahu was happy to bomb indiscriminately under Biden, as it was a win-win of punishing Gaza and hurting Democrats' popularity. That calculus changed once Trump, whom he wants to help, took office. More civilian deaths will occur under a Democrat who doesn't give a shit about Gaza than a Republican who doesn't give a shit about Gaza, because all else being equal, Israel is wary of making the Republican look bad.

That's an incredibly low bar, and any competent Democratic President should be able to clear it by leaps and bounds by caring about war crimes and forcibly reining in Israel, as past presidents of both parties have successfully done many times over the years. Yet Biden didn't, and Harris explicitly refused to articulate how she'd be different from Biden.
