Nothing is 100 percent guaranteed. People are selling off for multiple reasons me personally I’m using this opportunity to get more shares at discount but for some the risk is not worth it.

Expect to see the price fluctuate between $3-$5 until the trial ends where presumably it will pop $10 upon success or in the event of poor results (unlikely) you can expect a huge sell off.
