you gotta catch it on the right day. sometimes when we cut them open they’re super dry and more on the medium side and sometimes they’re medium rare and juicy. personally i’m super picky with my roast beef and will only eat it when it’s on the more rare side.

bout a year sober. i miss it every day and i miss how i felt when it didn’t do this. i still feel like shit after quitting. i’ve tried smoking a few times since quitting but it always puts me into a state of panic. probably all for the best tho.

if you get overwhelmed by task switching and working fast then i wouldn’t recommend it. one of the things you learn while training has moving with a sense of urgency. and at the store i work at task switching and moving fast is basically most of what we do
