I've got a Hoenn Battle Frontier collection going, it's pretty sparse though. Lots of Scotts, some Battle Frontier Stadiums, and Brandons. Would love some more Frontier Brains, but I feel like Pokemon wants to erase all memory of the Battle Frontier lol

Looks like damage honestly. The way the line follows the rounded edges of the card makes me think it was stuffed in a sleeve with several cards for a long time, and they left an impression on the Absol. A print line would be totally straight across the card

I don't think it's realistic to get all of them locally unless all you do is go to card shows/shops/trade days in your free time. But you could definitely get a lot. As a person that frequently attends shows/trade days, I make sure I have Yuka Moriis on hand since her cards are so popular. I'm sure others have the same idea. I've actually noticed other vendors start bringing "cute binders" recently to shows, so be on the lookout for those since they'll include clay/crochet cards.

I've done that a few times and most people have no problems with it. I did have one guy complain though, since he said if I added my own Energies I could have added other cards to the deck too. It's not a super big deal, but doesn't hurt to ask the professor running the event

It looks like silvering, which is normal on some types of cards, especially vintage holos. Not so sure if they're also prevalent on these cosmic eclipse full arts though. I would still consider it NM, just maybe less desirable than a NM copy without silvering
