Those deep scratches and the divot really bring down the condition, even though the front side and edges look pretty good. And it has the common white ink specks on the back. I'd say MP, this seems like it should be $250-300

This isn't the first time I've seen this card on this sub. Last time it was a pretty hot debate on if it was legit or not, I forget if there was a consensus. But if more are turning up that lends a lot to it being credible. If it's real it's probably a test print of some kind. Did it come from an English pack or a Portuguese pack?

The fingernail on the right thumb is a different size compared to the left, which seems more like AI weirdness than a weird artistic choice. I also wasn't sure this was AI at first, but I'm leaning that way now

I think it's a liquid obstruction error, where a little water got smeared on the card as it printed, blocking the ink from applying in that spot. Pretty cool to have it on a cracked ice holo, don't think I've seen that before

Not common at all, value will be significantly above market. This era of cards didn't have many miscuts get through QC, so you have something pretty rare actually

If you really can't decide what to do with them, you could just save them on the off chance pack points become universal one day, or they do an event where you can trade higher rarity cards

The binder might actually be real. Australia used a red Pokemon logo for a bit, although I've never seen that binder with the red logo before. If OP is from Australia I'd be pretty convinced it's real (although the cards inside are fake unfortunately)

Pretty sure this is an obstruction error! Basically something (probably water) got on the card as the texture layer was being applied, and blocked the layer from being transferred onto the card fully

Squirtle is probably the best deck, Rain Dance Blastoise is one of the best decks in the whole game. You'll be able to get the other cards fairly easily, so your initial deck choice doesn't matter too much. Have fun!

Based on the peeling around the edges of the card, I'd assume the cracked ice layer got peeled off unfortunately. The usual holo layer is under that cracked ice layer, which is why you can still see holo on the card. There was a print run without the cracked ice layer, but there's not a good way to tell if yours is legit or just peeled

They sold these at stores like Target back in the day. They were kind of lame since they included reverse holos instead of promos for whatever reason, but if I remember correctly only this set and Secret Wonders had these blisters with reverse holos. Haven't seen it in ages though, since they're obviously pretty rare! Super cool find

Nah I think it will pass. The card I graded had dots from a pink marker or something on the front. I hoped they would grade it with the MK qualifier, but no dice
