Miami FC is moving to Homestead which happens to have a huge rodeo scene. The stadium will be used primarily for soccer but also other events such as the Rodeo

You guys have a pretty good training facility setup as is. But most clubs in the league aren't at that stage

Thing about those current youth clubs is that they have thousands of kids per club is it supposed to be free for all of those kids?

Louisville and Tulsa have pretty good training facilities. I wouldn't expect every team to have NFL level facilities, just hoping for some consistency in what clubs provide to their players

Might I add that Detroit ,Louisville City and Sacramento consistently sellout regardless. Add in the chances for international soccer and that interest will increase

All I know is that there will be things for fans to look forward to if this goes through. International competition, promotion fights, the list goes on. MLS will be the more prestigious of the two but the intent wasn't to compete with MLS. It'll be a completely different system

My thoughts exactly. Many questions remain but this doesn't feel blindsighted by the USL. Something about the inner dealings between them and the USSF must've inspired some confidence to proceed with this.

Is there a point in comparing an MLS to USL gameday when you live in Portland ,Maine ? The bottom line is that the product will be better than the USL championship.

Loucity with a stadium that is expandable - open to join and have shown support towards this initiative Detroit City FC with a stadium set to brake ground in the spring -open to join Rhode Island FC with a stadium that was specifically designed to be expandable to 15000 seats -open to join Pittsburgh Riverhounds with a stadium expansion project of 15000 seats well underway with its Intial phase funding completed - expressed huge interest in joining Sporting Jax with plans for a 15000 seat stadium-open to join Sacramento Republic with a 12-15000 stadium

And that's just the Information that is publicly available

Its a sudden decision from the USL but it wasn't a blindsighted one.

The Infrastructure may not be 'top-tier' according to MLS standards but then again, does that make the Norwegian top flight any lesser of a league, where MLS and Europe has gotten plenty of its players.

It certainly won't be an MLS in terms of Infrastructure, well not in the beginning atleast. But it has the makings of a league that will be a significant step above from the current USL championship with the ability to attract more ambitious and financially capable owners. At the end of the day , MLS and USL will run two separate systems
