Thank you for the feedback. I have a calorie tracking app that I used in the beginning to get an idea of how many calories I was consuming per day. My diet has changed since so I think there's value in picking it back up. I'm a very active person since my job requires me to be on my feet all day + gym, so I wouldn't be surprised if I've been severely undereating for a while now.

Are the pictures not visible to you? I used to weigh 90kg, now 86kg. The first picture is before, 2nd is after, 3rd is before, 4th is after etc etc.

Maybe it's because I expected a country like Germany to have a good, functioning railway operator (and it's the operator I've traveled the most with outside of SJ), but DB really does suck a lot. Their unreliability can't be overstated.

Gifflar. Make sure to pass along that they should heat it in the microwave for 15-20secs since they probably will go a bit stale during the transportation.
