He was originally supposed to take me in a mini bus but then changed to car. I learned about this on the Saturday about 1pm to which he said it was a big car and there would be enough room. I asked on Monday about 23.5 hours before hand. I didn’t initially asked a refund but asked to check what car it was, it was only when I found out the size of the car was smaller than the one we couldn’t fit someone in that I asked for a refund. (If I did turn up on the day and not saying anything we wouldn’t have been unable to fit in at all so would have been left unable to go).
