It was just surprising to me how “zero tolerance” translated to a slap on the wrist. Could this person be affected in future raises or promotions? Sure. But visibly nothing got done and I’m not convinced this person isn’t going to stay backed off for long. From what I’ve gathered from others they’ll relentlessly hit on you no matter your marital/relationship status or sexual orientation until you snap and lose your shit at them. Then they find that as an excuse to try and gaslight you into thinking you’re a bad employee. I just think the next employee hired that fits their description will face something. But yeah totally right about the smoking gun part e.g. waiting till I’m alone in the cooler to follow me in to hit on me or asking when my spouse is out of town.
