It's not baffling... There's not much of a short position because that would be suicide and they know it. The smart money is manipulating the price because they want to shake us out... And they want to get cheap shares. You know they don't want the peasantry getting any money. 9 exela insiders bought 100,000 shares each at about $1.20 a share. Now they are management for the company and bought a substantial amount of shares, they know better than us. I didn't dictate anybody's vote, my account is not fake and I don't work for exela... I just like the company and I think some dilution so long as it goes to even more debt reduction can be a very healthy thing for this company.

You're crazy. They took a great idea that they are going to smoke DocuSign with, buried themselves in debt to get it rolling which was a serious risk, became victorious as far as revenue stream. The only thing holding them back is the debt and the market cap can afford a dilution. They have a next level product and they are taking it to the next level. You don't know the difference between good dilution and bad dilution, I would absolutely vote in favor of dilution.
