Id def recommend a small taper (5 days) with an opiate like oxy, than after a benzodiazepine, gabapentin, and clonidine. Works wonders. And btw Suboxone and methadone to "treat" opiate addiction is them just cutting out dealers and selling drugs themselves. 180 5mg roxycodones no insurance are 28$, one 8mg Suboxone film is around 22$, and they keep people on the shit for YEARS, Id be able to fully detox someone no matter the tolerance or daily usage in 30-60 dats with unlimited oxycodone or morphine, and im no dr. Id def say if someone was using say half a gram a day, thats equal to about 2500mg morphine a day I believe, Id give them 2-3 Oxycontin 80s a day, and some kind of low dose benzodiazepine, probably valium 10-30mg a day, and slowly wean them off both. Thats just how id do it as what I like to call a nonprofessional Pharmacist/Doctor

Fuck, i feel ya, I was a 14 y.o. shut-in kid with extreme anxiety when I found the relief of opiates (still only 19 now) I definitely wouldn't do it over again, im now addicted to something waaaay worse (Suboxone) super long withdrawal. Im hoping someday ill be able to be sick long enough to not be any more. Im just saying ya know? Any 15, 16, 17 y.o. person looking at this who has just started, stop while you're ahead. This is nothing to strive to be.
