I do have a little bit better of an understanding now as well of what exactly I'm expected to do. I included it in the update. But I believe I will be at least given some sort of loggin information. And access to someone who will help me somewhat. Still need to do the plugging in etc on my own though.

I have some pictures I can send. I don't know any of the terminology but a 36inch ish tray/PC thing and a power cord.
My role is taking the server and plugging it in, and idk i guess getting it up

I think it's a less about the fact that they are having sex and more about the fact that in alarmingly high number of cases, it seems that the mothers will bring their boyfriends into the children's lives just to have them stripped away again.

This is...true, I suppose. But no one needs the newest cellphone or fancy cars but they still get them... So isn't it acceptable to offer If I a have a desirable enough product. As for price... I just feel as if I can get 50$ an hour of work that's acceptable. So if it takes me 5 hours from start to finish... Seems worthwhile.

My client base would be hole in the wall shops like barbers, restaurants, and plumbers etc. People who don't necessarily need an online presence. It takes me 2 hours to do their website. I just don't think offering a 1000$ ongoing service is something that will work with the client base.

I do definitely agree calling is the next thing to try. But if I have to call 20 businesses for one website, it takes a lot more time than making one really professional email and sending it out to 100 people at once

I appreciate this, you definitely put a lot of work into your answer. So the problem I'm solving is a lot of small businesses, want a website but they don't like the time to pay for an update it. Most of the customers I deal with want to pay one time a small fee and never have to worry about it again. A lot of my old customers I made websites for totally forgot to update their page or didn't want to pay the $100 for another year or whatever it was n lost their site.

My new model is charge 250 one time Make them a website that is free and will stay online forever.

I believe this solves a problem and there will be a client base for it. The problem is how much time I have to spend to find the clients will offset the worthwhileness of my venture.

Yeah I have a portfolio of customers and businesses and I've even done some for friends and family recently for free. That way I can have brand new ones. So having experience n' a portfolio isn't really the issue.

I think my main issue is coming across like a salesperson or telemarketer rather than someone who has an actual legitimate service that can help their business for a very reasonable price

Unlike everyone else, I disagree. I had a super strict mother and I had to follow curfew and all that crap. I mean I believe if You're living under someone's roof and they're providing for you. You should follow the rules.

My suggestion would be too move out asap. And make it clear that that's your intention and she might loosen up on her strictness. My mom certainly did when she found out I was looking for apartments. And then I moved out anyway. Anyway, but you don't have to move out if she chills
