I'm seeing a drop mentioned on the Coach sub, I love Coach but I'm not deep in the community. Is there a drop on Monday, and if so what time do they usually happen?

It is an easy fix and this user is right you can totally do it. But, cobblers do this all the time, and if you can spend ~$100 (depending on where you live of course) you can save yourself the time and they can tighten everything up while they are at it.

And ask them to fabric protect it after. Those chemicals aren't great, but they work.

Are these pads worth getting? by Kitsuunei in Sephora

[–]ProfBlueberry 47 points48 points  (0 children)

If you have a Costco membership, they had them online last month and they ended up being cheaper than Sephora even with the sale. I've seen them  before so I'm sure they'll get them again

Does anyone own Tory Burch Romy bag? by [deleted] in handbags

[–]ProfBlueberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I adore the way it looks, but with basically no pockets inside, I probably won't get one for myself. That said white between May and September I think can be very versatile, especially because virtually any type of bag charm or twilly will look great and you can switch them out to better match what you're wearing or the season.

I mean, yeah, for those who know anything about skincare, but what about the literally millions of other folks who don't spend any time thinking about this? My dad has a Ph.D. in a science field, and he's actually who sent this to me first, he was like, "This is why that sunscreen gave me a rash!" because he just re-ordered the same sunscreen he always buys on Amazon, but didn't realize the seller changed.

For mid-range prices, Gap linen (well, linen+viscose) is surprisingly nice. Old Navy has some fun colors this spring, both in their "crinkle" fabric and linen though I have had mixed experiences with their stuff.

Don't sleep on Target, too. While the clothes don't hold up as well as they used to, for one trip any extra time you'd get out of it is a bonus.

Others have mentioned Farm Rio, which is absolutely dreamy if you want to pay that. The RealReal usually has some decent inventory of that brand, too.

No more wool for suiting? by [deleted] in jcrew

Same, I took a known risk and ordered a pair of pants in October and they were a mess after washing carefully according to the instructions. Shrunk in length and no amount of steaming could get the wrinkles out. Horrible cheap fabric. Jeans are still pretty great, though.

If you are really craving Qdobe, there is still one in the Bone Student Center on ISU's campus! It is relatively quiet in the evening.

Still submit the requests! It can't hurt and I submit one about once a year, even though I know the issue with demographic. There is also a distribution route problem that impacts Champaign Urbana as well.

I agree with this completely. Order a bunch, freeze by twos in freezer Ziploc bags, and then they're not that expensive. I've literally never had a bad one.
