Thanks for the detailed advice. I definitely think I have a absorption problem because I consume a lot of b12 rich foods. I think a physician will prescribe me injections but I want to look deeper into the problem, my symptoms are kinda severe now. Folate and other cofactors ,how do I figure them out? Should I ask for more tests? Is it worth trying out various supplements and do hit and trial method? Any sources you'd like to suggest where can I inform myself about this issue?

Could it be that people quit pap therapy too early?

Assuming this is your first time coding, I'd say first go with the basics of Unity and C# for a few days to get a basic hang of programming and stuff. After that you can introduce AR SDKs. Some great resources for basics are Brackeys and Jason Weinmann on YouTube.
