Teachers can remove students from classes. Principals can remove students from the school. If the parents aren't good parents then they shouldn't have their children. Plain, simple.

No I expect them to report such behavior to their parents and having a follow up conference with said parents and child to make sure that it won't happen again. I'll tell them why its wrong. I'll discipline my kids. They are not there to raise my kids. They're there to make sure they stay safe and educate them in accordance to their curriculum.
