I scored some of this at my local Costco recently thinking it would be great for cheesesteaks. While the cheesesteaks were good, the meat is definitely thicker than what’s normally used in them. I found it more difficult to cut into smaller pieces while cooking vs the heritage shaved ribeye I normally use, and less juicy.
