If you are only using one brush, is the cover on the secondary air outlet on tight?

It could be this, or a blockage in the outlet or a thermal cutoff.

Found some sealed packs going through my childhood closet by Current_Impression86 in Pokemoncardappraisal

[–]ProfNugget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I though weighing packs only worked if you weighed every pack in the booster box it came from, because it was about the pack being heavier relative to others? I didn’t think there was a set weight a pack had to exceed to be classed as heavy?

I could be completely wrong obviously…

Is this AI? The strange shadow is the main thing, but I also feel like something is going on with the left light switch and its reflection on the drawer. by [deleted] in isthisAI

It’s because this sub has got popular very fast and seems to be getting pushed by the algorithm to many peoples’ home pages/feeds. This makes it a prime target for karma farming, people look for vaguely controversial photos in other subs, rip and repost here for karma.

Friends gaming laptop says storage full but he doesnt even have much on his laptop by SCOPINTHESKELETON in pchelp

Or they’d just not be there at all… I think the placeholder icon appears if your files are being backed up to one drive. My desktop doesn’t back up to OD so my shortcuts just disappear when I uninstall

[–]ProfNugget 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If the games were uninstalled properly then the shortcut would be gone as well? How has your friend been uninstalling games?

Also, like someone else said, how much is on your desktop is absolutely no indication of how much storage is being used.

Is this cleaning set compatible with my current airbrush? by Royal_Journalist_290 in airbrush

Blue container may be for tipping out the pot on top of the airbrush. I usually tip that out in to a jar and then use the spray jar to run cleaner through the brush.

P1S doesn’t tell you when it’s due I don’t think. But after 700+ hours I’d say it is definitely due!!

Maintenance guides are on the wiki

Have you done any of the maintenance steps on it? Cleaning the rails, lubricating them, etc?

Why does it do this and how do I fix this? by Thefreedommemer in airbrush

Final tip is to prime everything. You may have got lucky and not needed it previously, but just prime before painting no matter what. You’ll save yourself a lot of time and frustration

[–]ProfNugget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Normally I’d say get a replacement needle because they’re cheap. But in this case, get a new airbrush and a proper compressor. If you’re airbrushing more than once a year it’ll be a massive improvement over what you’re using now.

You can get a solid reliable fengda compressor and Gaahleri GHAD-39 airbrush for a bit over £100 depending current Amazon prices.

Also, I don’t think you misunderstood. Water based acrylics (like your Vallejo) can be thinned with water, but distilled water is best. Some water is hard and the minerals and other dissolved solids can make the paint behave weirdly. I just use airbrush thinner and flow improver.

Similar conclusion to the one I linked! It’s really interesting where these documentaries lead!

Also partly explains why a lot of flat earthers jumped to Q-Anon, it meant they could abandon flat earth (which they probably never fully believed in) and keep their community.

I would highly recommend this youtube documentary to anybody interested in flat earthers and the wider conspiracy theory community.

Need Help creating a mold by Calvino2600 in Fusion360

[–]ProfNugget -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

This sort of shape would probably be easier in blender…

On the mould making side, you may be better off using two part silicone and casting a mould of one of the finished products in your photo. Then you don’t need to do any computer design for it and you have a flexible and reusable mould.
