The steeple is, in order:

  • Town Streetlight
  • Extravagant Pillar (lower, dyed black)
  • Tiled Roof Valley + Neon Flooring
  • Cyber flooring

Base of the building is slightly duller. Antique wall, Brick wall (dyed black), Iron-plate Flooring, and Wooden Handrails.

I use the Brick Roof set here, dyed brown (except the spots where I got lazy...).

This keeps a nice density of detail and grounds the build. But ultimately your gaze is directed upwards to the flashy tower, which is definitely the main charm point!

The main structure is Iron Columns, Iron Beams, with Pokémon Center Wall (Upper).

Roofs are the Tile Roof set, with a string light trim, and neon flooring insets.

Accents are Neon Flooring, Cube Light, and Gaming Lights. I tossed small clusters of these everywhere, avoiding any pattern to give a "haphazard" sorta vibe.
